Ingredients Needed:
  • 3 golden delicious apples (peeled, cored, and quartered)
  • 3 fuji apples (peeled, cored, and quartered)
  • 1 cup unfiltered apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons cognac or brandy
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cooking Instructions:

In a microwavable-safe container, combine all of the ingredients.

Seal the lid, leaving one corner open. This will allow the steam to escape.

Microwave on high for 10 minutes.

Blend to your desired consistency.

This can be served immediately or chilled.

Although golden delicious or fuji apples are specified, feel free to substitute.

Also feel fee to eliminate or substitute (additional juice) for the alcohol.
